Step out of survival mode into steady, embodied leadership

This is where teams rebuild what pressure erodes.

“Welcome to the Community of Practice Threshold”

A Community of Practice is a group that learns how to do its work better through regular interaction.
Pause… reset the baseline… rebuild coherence… then move forward with owned, executable direction.

This moment matters.

You don’t need another framework. You need a steadier foundation.

Your team is talented — but something essential is missing. Decisions slow down. Communication breaks under pressure. Conflict turns personal. Performance plateaus.
This isn’t a team-building day. It isn’t a leadership course. It’s a facilitated Community of Practice — an embodied container that builds Safety, Story, and Strategy in the right order.
A steady return to coherence — so your people can think clearly, collaborate honestly, and execute without burning out.
Even the best teams fail under pressure. Decisions take longer, communication is guarded, and minor arguments become costly standoffs. Unmanaged chronic work stress causes tiredness, cynicism, and diminished effectiveness. The corporation pays for slow execution and lower buy-in. Your team doesn't need another framework; the strategy's effectiveness has worn away. Communities of Practice (SSS) create supervised, supportive practice environments to strengthen such foundations. This restores comfort, offers them a shared purpose, and turns that coherence into a path everyone can follow. Set up a private team check-in to discuss Safety, Story, and Strategy and decide the next step. No individual statements are reported; we work with patterns and agreements.

TESTIMONIAL

What People Say About François

Resculpting is a non-clinical process that every high performance team can now benefit from

Chief of Operations

Healthcare
"As a leader, I was driving strategy hard without understanding that my own dysregulation (lack of Safety) was preventing authentic collaboration and narrative alignment. Learning SSS transformed how I lead. I'm not pushing strategy harder; I'm building Safety first, which makes everything else possible."

Director of R&D

Manufacturing
"Our innovation pipeline was stuck because people didn't feel safe (Safety), didn't understand why we were doing this work (Story), and were confused about direction (Strategy). SSS gave us a framework to address all three in the right order. Everything shifted."

Communities of Practice (SSS)

A 12-week transformation for teams under sustained pressure
This isn’t team-building.
It’s a held practice space — a Community of Practice — that helps your team:
– Build Safety (nervous system foundation)
– Restore Story (shared coherence and meaning)
– Create Strategy (owned, executable direction).

Across 12 weeks, your team will move through:

– Assess what’s really happening (Safety / Story / Strategy)

– Build the foundations (nervous system + narrative coherence)

– Practise it inside real meetings and real decisions
What happens next:

Step 1: Book a Private Team Check-In (30 minutes, complimentary)

Step 2: Community SSS Assessment (2 weeks)

Step 3: Custom Programme Design (12-week CoP, fitted to your context)

Step 4: Launch & Transformation (Safety → Story → Strategy, in the right order)

You’ll leave with:

A Community of Practice Playbook (SSS practices + rituals)

Leadership agreements & accountability structures

Strategic clarity documents (so direction sticks)

An Investment in stopping drift before it becomes turnover:

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the product and cost.

What is a Community of Practice?

A Community of Practice is a small group of people who share a real responsibility — and who improve how they work by meeting regularly to learn, reflect, and practise together. It isn’t a course, and it isn’t a once-off team-building day. It’s a facilitated practice space where the team strengthens the foundations that make performance possible: Safety (calm, trust, regulation), Story (shared meaning and coherence), and Strategy (clear direction and execution that sticks).

How is SSS different from other team development approaches?

Most approaches focus on Strategy (execution frameworks) or add Story (culture, values). SSS requires building Safety first—creating genuine psychological safety as a nervous system reality. Only from this foundation can authentic Story and effective Strategy emerge. We're inverting the typical approach.

Doesn't addressing Safety mean we're going soft on performance?

Opposite. Teams with genuine Safety perform better—with more creativity, faster problem-solving, and better decision-making. Safety enables high performance. Without it, performance is either exhausting or illusory.

What if our culture is still stuck in fear-based leadership?

That's exactly what SSS addresses. We work with leaders first to develop their own Safety (nervous system regulation and presence), which then ripples through the organisation. Culture changes from the inside out, starting with nervous system transformation.

Do we need to share personal trauma?

No. This work is trauma-informed, not trauma-focused. You develop Safety without disclosing history. The practices work regardless of individual backgrounds.

How much time does this require?

Initial training: 6 hours over 4 weeks. Embedded practice: 10-15 minutes at beginning/end of existing meetings. Leadership coaching: 4 hours per leader. SSS practices integrate seamlessly into existing rhythms.

Can this work for remote/hybrid teams?

Yes. Safety, Story, and Strategy work virtually. Remote teams often benefit most because distance naturally increases misalignment—SSS provides framework to build coherence across distance.

What does the ongoing programme entail?

The ongoing programme is the continuation option after the 12-week Community of Practice. It keeps the gains from Safety → Story → Strategy from fading back into old patterns as pressure returns. Typically, it includes quarterly deep dives to reset direction and coherence, continued coaching to support leaders as new challenges emerge, peer facilitator training so your team can hold the practices internally, and a simple rhythm of metrics and review to track what’s shifting in collaboration, decision-making, and execution. It’s designed to help the work compound — not restart every time the organisation hits a hard season.
