We collect only the minimum data required to deliver confidential, high-value experiences and accurate before → after reporting.

a) Directly from you

  • Name, email address, and contact details when you book a briefing, complete a form, or purchase a programme.

  • Responses to assessments such as the Burnout Signal Check, Clarity Index, or SSS Leadership Renewal Index.

  • Optional demographic or role details used solely for context or cohort analysis.


b) Automatically

  • Basic website analytics (device type, IP address, pages visited) through privacy-safe analytics tools to improve site performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used only for the purposes you consent to:

  1. Delivering the requested assessment or programme.

  2. Generating confidential before → after summaries and renewal metrics.

  3. Providing optional follow-up guidance or programme recommendations.

  4. Producing anonymised, aggregated insights for organisational clients (no personal identifiers).

  5. Maintaining contact about scheduling, billing, or programme updates.

  • Access is limited to François Wessels (the Sculptor) and authorised data processors under strict confidentiality.

If clinical indicators arise, participants are referred to their EAP or healthcare provider; ReSculpting does not diagnose or treat any medical condition.

ReSculpting.co.za uses only essential and privacy-safe cookies to enable site functionality and anonymous usage analytics.
You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function correctly.

6. Data Retention

  • Individual records are retained for 12 months after programme completion, then permanently deleted or anonymised.

  • Financial and administrative records are kept for the legally required period under South African tax law.

  • You may request deletion or correction of your data at any time (see Section 8).
