1. Introduction

Welcome to ReSculpting.co.za, the official website of ReSculpt Leadership Renewal, a non-clinical executive wellness and leadership renewal system developed and delivered by François Wessels (“The Sculptor”).

By accessing this website, completing an assessment (such as the Burnout Signal Check or Leadership Renewal Index), or enrolling in any ReSculpt programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or any of our services.

2. Nature of Service

ReSculpting provides non-clinical executive renewal programmes designed to help leaders and teams stabilise under pressure, restore clarity, and renew strategic performance.
All programmes are confidential, reflective, and non-diagnostic.

ReSculpting is not a medical, therapeutic, or counselling service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment for any medical or psychological condition.
If clinical or high-risk indicators arise, participants will be referred to their Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) or a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Eligibility

Our programmes and content are designed for adults (18 years and older) in professional or leadership roles.
By using this site or registering for a programme, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

4.1 Booking

Sessions, assessments, and retreats can be booked directly through our website or via direct contact with ReSculpting.
Spaces are limited and confirmed only once payment is received or as otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Payment

All prices are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes where relevant.
Payment methods include secure online transfer, EFT, or approved organisational invoicing.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before a confirmed session or retreat: full credit or rescheduling without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days: 50% of the session fee may be retained.

  • No-shows without notice are non-refundable.

4.4 Risk-Free Entry (Tier-1 Guarantee)

If you do not experience tangible value by the end of Session 2 of the ReSculpt Burnout Reset™, you may stop and apply 100% of your fee as credit toward the next tier or transfer it to a colleague — no questions, no friction.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal and assessment data are handled in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act, Act 4 of 2013).

  • Your information is encrypted and stored securely.

  • Individual reports are confidential and shared only with your explicit consent.

  • Any team-level insights are anonymised before reporting.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and materials available on ReSculpting.co.za — including the Burnout Signal Check™, ReSculpt Burnout Reset™, Leadership Renewal Index™, Team Vitality Retreat™, and Renewal Rituals™ — are the intellectual property of François Wessels / ReSculpt Leadership Renewal and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy, professionalism, and integrity of our content and methods, participation in any ReSculpt programme is at your own discretion and responsibility.

ReSculpting and its representatives will not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation or reliance on the information provided.

  • Any decisions made or actions taken based on reflections, assessments, or outcomes generated by the programme.

Our work complements, but does not replace, medical, psychological, or organisational support systems.

You agree not to misuse the ReSculpting website by:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.

  • Uploading or transmitting malicious code or spam.

  • Infringing upon any intellectual property or privacy rights.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
